Jack-8 and King also pull off a handful of attacks, and Lars engages in a full combo against Jack-8.īandai Namco sent out t-shirts to various influencers leading up to The Game Awards that had a message on it that read "Save the D8." While this was essentially confirmation enough that Tekken 8 would have a presence at the event, the company later released a fun little teaser video of Tekken Director Katsuhiro Harada with a Santa Claus hat on telling fans to "Save the D8" and tune into The Game Awards. Kazuya in this trailer, and we see an intense cinematic battle between them as well where their devil powers come into play.įrom what we can gather, very quick glimpses at supers for Law and Paul are shown in the teaser. Though we don't quite see her in battle, it appears that Jun Kazama is also part of the playable cast.īandai Namco featured more gameplay of Jin vs. Each can be seen slugging it out in brief glimpses of gameplay, and characters like Paul and Jack-8 have overhauled looks for the new generation.
